Shipping policy

All orders ship to the United States only.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery time: Standard shipping usually arrives in 5–10 business days after processing. Some items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package.
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.
• Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us at [EMAIL] and we'll look into it.
• Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, so please email us right away if you spot a mistake and we will do our best to fix it before it ships.
• Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at [EMAIL] with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
